One thing I'd change for more versimilitude is the location of the blood soaking on the bandages. It looks like there's more blood on the 3rd and 4th knuckles (ring and pinkie). When in a fistfight, one tries to strike with the 1st and 2nd knuckles (index and middle), and these are the knuckles which will see almost all the damage, if punches are being thrown correctly. The middle finger knuckle sees the most abuse, followed by the index finger. Striking with the ring or pinkie is likely to just break your hand faster.
Also, wearing rings while punching will cut the shit out of your fingers. A band of rings like brass knuckles add reinforcement, but individual ones just dig into the flesh. Could add cuts on the fingers and gore in any texture on the rings.
